Uhm, the Blaster virus is a joke. Just go:

If you have a virus on your system, a firewall will not help.

Like in a garden, a wall stops things getting over and into the garden. Once they're in, the wall won't help at all.

Head over here, download both the Free AntiVirus and the Free AntiSpyware. Get them both installed, and do a full scan of your system.

There is another things, I cant check my yahoo email when I got the right user name and passwords as well as it keep saying the server disconnect when I surf other website which fine. Very odd!

does anyone know good tips about what been blocking them or somethings?

Does anyone know really good free firewall? I know only know one good firewall called zonealarm(but I am sure there are better firewall out there).

but reguardless, after you've done a full sweep it'd be a good idea to install a firewall. If you're on XP sp2 or vista, then windows has a built-in firewall (not the best in the world, but it gets the job done). You can also get ZoneAlarm for a free firewall, I think its good.

Personally, I like comodo firewall.
It's got a very nice interface, and lots of features.

And it's free.

I'd like to recommend the Finjan Secure Browser plugin. It's not a firewall but a plugin for IE and FireFox which sends the links on your page to the Finjan server to be run. Then sends back info as to if there was anything strange or malicious on the site. I do think it's too cautious, sometimes saying sites I know are safe aren't, but it's still pretty useful and probably better then both IE's and FireFox's security.

On the topic of plugins, SiteAdvisor is a simple Green/Yellow/Red website safety checker which sounds a bit lighter on the old Interwb cables than Finjan.
