Socoder -> Art and Sound -> Maplet - spheres

Anyone got a link for a tutorial/can write a tutorial on making spheres or half-spheres with Maplet? Is it possible? Do the existing Maplet tutorials explain how to do it, in theory (I can't really apply them properly to this scenareo by myself), and which one should I be following, if so?

|edit| I think it's to do with cylinders inside cubes... |edit|

It doesn't help that Google searches are filled with pages about creating Maplets in Maple, which is a different product entirely!

|edit| I have now got something resembling a rounded-box, which I suppose will do... Any hints, though? |edit|

I don't think it's possible. can't you just export it and add the sphere with something else?

What if this were not a hypothetical question?

Not when the sphere is the building block of the model...

No worries though... my rounded box looks half decent.

oh, so that's different... i guess a rounded box isn't too bad.

New theory... Will test, and post results.

... and I failed, miserably!

Although, I did make some interesting designs.
