Nintend Switch Joy Con Motion IR Camera? Linkage From a developer's p.o.v. the ’’Motion IR Camera’’ is definitely intriguing and as far as I know, hasn't been used much, if at all.

It was used in a couple of those Labo "game" thingies, but other than that it really was a pretty pointless addition to the Joy-con.

I think it might've been added for Wiimote Pointer compatibility, but due to the lack of inclusion of a light bar, it's gone largely unused.
Shame, really, but then the Joycons seem to be fairly sturdy at keeping track of their positions, without the bar, whenever they're used for onscreen pointers and such.
