I forgot to mention that I already own the original Lego Ecto 1 and the Firhouse Headquarters. They are all awesome sets.

The original Lego Ecto 1 is about 560 pieces. This one's over 2000...

And?

That's about 5 or 6 hours of pure fun time

I've built far larger models - I have all the Lego UCS Star Wars models and far more besides. The MF has 7500 pieces.

I even have all the parts and instructions to this Ecto 1 MOC, although I've not built it yet -

Shelf space, mostly.
I still have a fuckton of Star Trek ships clogging up all my shelves!!!

Yeah, I have to build and then dismantle lots of my sets for the same reason.

It's tricky deciding what to display and what to store. For now though it's the UCS sets on display and a few select others. That might have to change soon though...
