Experimental Level Editor

Okay, so I got back into coding recently after a bit of a break. Been using MSC# / Winforms to try making a maptile editor, seems to be going well so far, I just need to know if this works on other machines other than my own.

It's not finished yet, not by a long shot, as I said this is just an experimental concept for me to learn how to drive this C# Winforms thing. At the moment it allows PNG and BMP images to be loaded, then you just click on the one you need to use from the tile library and then click on the left-hand window to spam it on the map. No save feature has been implimented yet, but I'm working on it.

The feedback I need is your machine specs and how good or shit it performs, I managed to load and cut up quite a large bitmap in under three seconds. My machine specs and download are below.

Works, seemingly fast, no issues of note, but needs scaling added to GUI.

Specs
Dell Inspiron 15-5000
Core i5, 2.7ghz
8gb ram
Graphics, *shrugs* Onboard intel, whatever..
And a 1366x768 display... bit small, but Laptop 1 had that res, and I coped..

NB. Fuck sake, 21Mb xml full of utter garbage, for your 27kb exe.

Yeah I know, I need to learn a lot about removing unnecessary stuffages and get those file sizes down.

There's gonna be a massive ToDo list on this project. I may want it to support multiple layers at some point; it needs tools like multi-select, eraser, save/load, etc... There's probably also a fucton of other stuff that needs to be added, I'm basically making this up as I go along at the moment.

One step at a time. You’ll learn what you need as you try to use it.

I tend to use GoogleSpreadsheets for keeping todo lists. Columns for unstarted, half done, complete, and "needs a bit of a tweak"
... that last column's usually big!

I've just knocked-up a bunch of tool buttons. I know they're a bit cheesy, I'm no artist, but they'll do I suppose!

Oh yeah!, and they show tool tips when hovered.
