They do... As well as their tyres dont fit the job too, we now have snow tyres on in the winter, and it does make a difference, granted, you still have to be careful, their not a silver bullet, but they do help loads.

I driving on standard tyre and yet I don't have much of a problem driving on snow and ice, I found out eventually that there were collisions all over East and West Sussex which makes me wonder why the fuck they were driving so close to other cars in the first place. If there's snow or ice, you just keep a ruddy great distance between all other vehicles, simples!.
