Text List Formatter

If you'd like to format lists the way that I've done them in the first couple of Text List posts, here's a simple little tool to do that.
2019/39/ListGen (.zip)

Folder Structure

Root : scan.exe
\ List Category (eg Game)
| -- \ List Subcategory (eg Commodore)
| -- | -- "XX - List File.txt" (eg "01 - C64.txt", where the two digit number will be removed, but helps sort the lists)

The proggy generates Forum Post.txt files within the List Category folders, which can then be copy+pasted into posts.

Incidentally, the nice [tab] and [tabbed] functionality has been in the site for about a decade, I just hadn't previously come up with a reason to use it!!

Oh yeah, and the tool will alphabetise the lists, too.. Probably disable that bit if you don't want to.. It's the lazily coded "For m=0 To 10000" bit!
