Move Window with api (and prevent sticky mousedown bug)


Hi.

With my recent project, i have discovered a rather nasty bug with blitz3d.
While moving Blitz Window with the api calls, the Mousedown() was stuck to the 1 untill the mouse button is clicked again.

This would cause some troubles in my program. So with the help of Google i found this solution:

Just be sure to stay on top of this kind of thing, in future. Microsoft have a frustrating habit of changing things on an alarmingly frequent basis, and although such "base" things shouldn't change, with the whole Metro-Desktop gubbins, I'm sure they'll somehow manage to break it!
