Newer Emulators29th December 2022 As far as debugging goes, I haven't tested it, but the No$ guy has done a NES emulator. (Linkage) I haven't tried any of his newer ones, but his No$CPC and GB were, at one time, the BEST emulators for debugging. |

Newer Emulators29th December 2022 There's OpenEMU which will seemingly run all manner of things. I've not tried its NES capabilities, but it does my GBA, SNES and PSX games well enough. |

Newer Emulators29th December 2022 I like FCEUX. It's pretty accurate, nice debugging stuff on there also. I don't recommend Nintendulator as it doesn't produce a reliable FPS but does give a handy view of which sprites are active in memory. |
