Safari on PC

13th July 2007

I'd say I'm happy with firefox, I also like opera and IE, but I use firefox as my primary right now. I don't thing safari really has anything to offer. Unless apple starts distributing safari-specific web apps nobody will really find a need to download it *snip*

Theme stuff...

7th July 2007

Maybe I'll try my hand at theme-making again; perhaps I'll target a different area this time so as not to compete with the BC theme.
[edit]hell, i'm not even using my own theme, i'm using the actual BC theme :P[/edit]

Dell Dimension E520 PC Core 2 duo E4300?

4th July 2007

I think the processor will be fine; it's a core 2 duo, just because the clock speed looks a little low that thing would outperform a p4 clocked at 3.4 in a heartbeat (or less than that, rather).

Discuss :How to code Properly

16th June 2007

I think that its important to have some standards for style, and that we should do our best to make our code look, if nothing else, clean and readable. I'm not saying we should all have code where constants are all caps and functions start with such and su*snip*

Safari on PC

13th June 2007

Yep, they did it... apple released Safari for XP/Vista computers. The beta is out and available here. Frankly I don't find it to be that exciting. There's nothing new or revolutionary in this browser (I'm using it right now), and even though I recognize it*snip*

Quiz

For a procedural language pointers are pretty important, but now that i've worked with a lot of OOP, they become unnecessary and a hassle in an OO environment, especially once it's managed.

A "big" project

21st April 2007

The problem lies in the forum though -- although you can get any lackey to translate the articles into other languages, you don't have experienced multi-lingual users that also know how to code that bit that was posted. For example, lets say I speak german*snip*
