Game coming along swimmingly.
I now need to organise the levels so it gets progressively harder, and do some manual tweaking to a few of the object-layout things, then give it a proper name since it's still "untitled"...!

Today, I started work on "Future Classics 1986 edition"
Spent a good couple of hours getting a basic CPC-Esque framework up and running, with lovely CPC font and particles that glitch within an 8x8 grid.


Probably won't use that ingame, anywhere, but it's nice to know it works.

Next up, creating a brand new menu system!

Since writing the lovely CPC stuff, and adding a nice retro styled menu system for holding multiple games, I've yet to actually start any game coding.. Hmmm...

Had a migraine knock me out for most of Tuesday, and today's been a bit of a bust, too.
Hopefully I can get back into the swing of things by tomorrow, as there's an awful lot to do if I want to create an entire compilation by Tuesday!!!

Meanwhile, I've been having fun with my musical inabilities..

Luckily, I managed to bundle everything up for the OUYA review edition! yesterday, so I can more or less spend today resting and recovering from the head crap, before attempting the whole AGameAWeek stuff tomorrow.
7 games in 2 days... I think that might be a record!!!

Urgh.. I hate doing AI, but it was a necessity for this one..
Red = "Safe Route", which extends as far as possible given a random-movement style pathfinding method, over 200 tests, over the course of the first second of generating the random level. I figured that'd give me enough time to generate a nice lengthy path, whilst the swooshy swoopy "Next Level" gubbins is swooping around on the screen.

.. still no bloomin' idea what the point of the game's going to be, but.. Hey, I have a path, now!

Creates a maze, then spends the next second trying a variety of random paths, until it finds the longest it can out of 200 tries.

Stutters a bit, so will probably end up happening behind a less interesting looking screen!! But.. Hey, it works
