After careful thought, I have concluded that my coding style is very similar to 'evolution'. Itt isn't thought out and is actually nothing more than 'trial and error' over many many sessions until the program no longer crashes.

Isn't that the best way to code!? Yeah, failure is usually a good way to make you rethink things, and the rethink is usually great, as you already vaguely know how to do things! .. Hopefully!

Hmm, I've never really considered my coding style. It's kinda scattershot sometimes, very focused at others. It all depends on the task at hand.

I doubt I could get a job coding, my formatting is inconsistant, as is my skill level. A lot of times, I remember that I did something in the past, but no recollection of how to do it, or even the theory behind it. Like that time I learned 3D from scratch so that I could draw the tiles from my game falling into the distance and rotating. Covered everything from lighting, triangle filling, rotation, translation, camera movement, hidden face culling. That's all gone now, no idea where to start if I wanted to try again.

Ahh, you'd be surprised, have been coding professionally since 2006, but always as a solo dev. It's kinda different with web programming though.
