I hate it when that happens and can empathise with that situation, the last month it's been 4-6 hours sleep a night, purely from the temperature / light.

I have been reading about skull cap tea being good for getting sleepy or relaxed.

I am trying green tea now for stress. My sleeping has been bad for many years now.
