Playable Browser Based Edition : This game is far from finished!


You can consider this the HTML5 based demo version!
Everything in the above link should be considered "done".
If you spot any glaring bugs, let me know. In fact, any/all comments/suggestions will be looked at. Thanks!

Note 1 : Since this is on Socoder's server, expect it to load slowly!!
Note 2 : Don't be surprised if it suddenly goes offline. I'll be watching the server's stats closely for this one!! GoDaddy might give you a lot, but I've no idea how much this'll take out of it!
Note 3 : Android, Win, iOS, etc will be appearing towards the end of the month. I have lots of stuff to add!
Note 4 : Yes, I've only enabled the first 4 gameplay modes.

The screaming is not as intense any longer. I'm actually starting to get good at this game. I've got 4,963 high score in Classic SpikeDislike, which I got during the second session of playing.

edit: When the window loses focus and I come back to it, I can't interact with the ball at all. Some of the controls (pause menu, sound/achievements on main menu) work, but others are completely broken until I refresh.

I'm going to call that a browser-based issue, and ignore it! Once the Windows Native version is done, that shouldn't be an issue!!


And yes, some versions of SpikeDislike have been purely random, while others have been seeded, pseudo random, so regenerated the same paths over and over.
And you're right, some modes should be random. I haven't even got that in my todo list! Good spot. Thanks!!

I'm guessing when this is done, you'll have made it so challenging that it will be damn near unplayable? Because I like it the way it is now...
Anyhow, in Firefox 18.01 it takes a few seconds before it starts loading, where it's just showing the logo and you're going "Wtf?!"

Yeah, that logo needs a "Click me to start me loading!" Icon, really!! One of those "I just haven't got around to it yet" issues, much like the GameCenter integration. .. Really should get onto that..
