I thought about voting GC because I remember really loving the GC...but then I looked at my collection of games and there was approximately nothing of interest. So I went SNES, because many still awesome classics! Who the heck voted Doorstop 64?

Someone who really loved Goldeneye?

I voted Wii.
I was trying to decide which I've had more fun with, NES or Wii, but in the end decided that Wii wins...
At the end of the day, the rest of my family played Wii a lot more!

I loved the SNES and the N64 that followed, but for me, the GC just did it all, and so much more and made it all the more fun. Luigi's Mansion had me grinning like a loon - no other game before or since felt more like playing a beautiful cartoon. Then there was Rogue Squadron - no other Star Wars game before or since felt like actually being a Rebel pilot during the major battles as seen in the movies.

MonkeyBall has never been bettered on any other machine than the first edition on GC.

LOZ: WindWaker was a simply breathtaking and gorgeously fun Zelda game. The most relaxing Zelda game to date, and way too easy, but so wonderfully playable. Better than Twilight Princess by a hundred country miles.

I really could go on and on and on about GC goodness. Metroid. Resident Evil (1 & 4). Fire Emblem. Soul Calibur. Mario Kart. Mario Sunshine. Animal Crossing and so many more.

And yes, I know you can play GC games on the Wii, but that's not the point.

Wii does have some really great games, but none that thrilled or entertained me as much as those mentioned above. With the possible exception of Little King's Story - I never wanted that game to end.

I vote for SNES, mainly coz it was part of my kidulthood.
