Planes, terrains, and other things.

Yep...the title of the opinion piece
says it all.

Don't know why it took me so long to learn,
code and fiqure some things concerning terrains,
planes and entity coloring and texturing them as well.
Part of it was due to working on the night shifty. Another
but more primary reason reason is being involved and enraptured with various 3d models. Especailly md2 and animated 3ds and X models and designing various behavoirs and particular animation sequences of these models.
I have this one particular model and it can be considered
a level and is in 3ds format. Its a model of a building called "low_poly_bldg_715.3ds"
I definitely shortened the models' name down to "bldg_715.3ds" I will add a plane for the ground floor to this building and the texture applied or wrapped upon the plane is a water tile. So it can be like a floating building on the water.

Yet, here is a short snippet with the plane
and of course done in the familar Blitz 3d:

you can also change the y-height of the camera while
also leaving..if you wish...leaving the planes' 3d positionals of x,y,z at 0,0,0.
