Conversation with my cat...


Yesterday the man fixed the washing machine. Inside the washing machine was evidence of a mouse having been in there inside the washing machine.

After the man left, I talked to my cat, Nor, and asked him since he is in that room more than anybody else (he sleeps in front of the window when it is sunny), why was there a mouse? I told him mice were his job and he needed to start pulling his weight.

This morning, after I got up, there was a dead mouse on the kitchen floor, on the little rug in front of my studio door and Nor was sitting there giving me a look like "problem solved".

 		When I was sleeping over at my mum and stepfather years ago. I was laying on a matras on the floor. I felt something on the side where the matras was at the wall. I pulled out a fresh chewed up mouse. I think one of the cats left me a midnight snack.

They once brought back a fully grown crow that then escaped and flew through the house. So many mice have been found there. It is close to a park and small forrest and lake.
