I just landed my first programming job! My lecturer of my programming course headhunted me and this other guy Eddie to help write teaching scenarios for his latest Java environment Greenfoot.

It pays £10 an hour and last 18 weeks, and it doesn't look too difficult either. But it's a real programming job, I'm so thrilled!

nice, one step closer to you working for a big game company. plus that is pretty good pay, at least when you put it in US dollars

It's exceptional pay. A mate of mine does 12 hours a week in a store and gets £70, so £60 a week for doing half the time is really something.

Test - £ - ?

Phew, thought it was the server being weird!

Any significance to the weird squiggly A thing beside your £'s?

I've often seen that in various message boards/chatrooms.

£Test - £ Test - £5 - £ 5 - £60 - £6

Is there anything in the forum scripts to convert £ into "& pound ;" (hopefully I got that right), because that is often the issue.

|edit| And back to the main point, congratulations, Mr. Diablo! |edit|
