Leveling with Godot and pixel art

After doing spider ai with the C language and Raylib I started getting familiar with Godot. I had ordered a GdScript book and worked through it. I also made a bunch of projects based on online tutorials. I need to spend a lot more time in this editor to learn how to do the most basic things.

On the pixel art studies I have not really spend a lot of time learning. I have been doing a bit of collecting references from twitter #pixelart. The image below is from the last week. I really always keep in mind how good some of the pixel art from the amiga looked back than. I now based the top mountain edge on Z Steel Soldiers. Trying to learn how it is constructed. I maybe might of learned a bit of shadow and rock part heights this time. Though gettint my head round that level of quality is not easy.
The bottom pyramid like image is a RPG topdown edge set. The four edges are the insides of a level.

My back went out yesterday and have been having trouble walking. I'm back to several excercises and hope the pain wil go away!

Ps: Here is what I done over the last few weeks with Godot :
